Shipping timing
All packages ship out within 2 business days of the order being placed. The shipping notification with the tracking information will be sent to your email address and tracking number will be provided once your order starts shipping. Please see below to understand the timing of our shipping methods.
How long will my parcel take to reach its destination?
We ship our parcels with standard or express shipping, delivery time depends on the destination.
- Your parcel will be delivered the next day within the Benelux.
- EU countries: Standard 5-7 business days | Express 1-2 business days.
- UK, Norway and Switzerland: Standard 5-7 business days | Express 1-2 business days.
- USA and Canada: Standard 7-10 business days | Express 2-4 business days.
- Australia: Standard 7-10 business days | Express 2-4 business days.
For the rest of the world we only offer Express shipping option (3-5 business days). Please reach out to support@keepyourhomeip.com, or start a session from our ‘Contact Us’ page to get a quotation and delivery time.
Tracking of your package
Your order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email address you used to place the order. If you are having trouble finding your order, or for order changes and cancellations, please email to support@keepyourhomeip.com and let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to change your order before it is shipped out.
International Shipping
We ship to EU, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey, and Mexico. We offer free standard shipping on orders from EU, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Norway and Switzerland. Outside of the above mentioned countries, the shipping times and shipping prices vary, please contact our support@keepyourhomeip.com for a quote on shipping details.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. IPlumVPN B.V is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If duties and taxes remain unpaid and are charged back to us by the carrier, we reserve the right to invoice the customer for the full amount.
